On Wednesday, March 11, we held— for the sixth consecutive year— a voluntary blood donation drive at our art space, in collaboration with the Blood Bank of Hospital Garrahan.
This initiative, organized together with the hospital team, aims to support families going through difficult times by relieving them of the burden of finding donors, while also ensuring the quality of the collected blood components.
Team members from different areas of Balanz took part in this solidarity campaign, which this year reached a record number of registered participants since its first edition. Thanks to the donations made, 123 patients will be able to receive one or more transfusions.
We thank everyone who made this initiative possible, as well as the hospital team for their commitment and collaboration. Our contribution, within the framework of this initiative, helps support critically ill children.
